As part of SIFCA policy on sustainable development which also involves the gradual reduction of Greenhouse Gases emission, it has become necessary for its subsidiaries including GREL to estimate carbon dioxide emissions from their supply chains. GREL has developed the GHG calculator to help the company estimate GHG emissions annually from the nursery, the plantation, and the factory (System Boundaries).
