Scope:
Responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the company’s heavy-duty machines, trucks, tractors and all vehicles and working with the Supply Chain Department for the availability of spare parts. Inspection of machines and make recommendation in situation that the company wants to buy any equipment for land preparation.
MA1 : Ensure the maintenance and repairs of all fleet of the company
Such as;
- Heavy duty machines such as dozers, graders, excavators
- Trucks, amplirolls and trailers.
- Tractors and their different tools and accessories (irrigation pumps, genset, elevators, sprayers, land preparation tools.
- Pool cars, motorbikes and duty vehicles.
Ensure the efficiency and the good running of the garage by :
- Choosing, controlling and following the different spare parts.
- Ensuring the accurate and competent recruitment of mechanical and operating staff.
- Managing his workshop and storage team in accordance with delay and recommendations.
- Being able to fabricate and repair the company’s operational requirement according to technical and safety standards (buckets, blades, tree pushers, stump pullers…).
- Coordinating and following the use of equipment and material placed in the different stores in thedifferent divisions.
Guarantee the continuous and functional progress of the garage by:
- Maintaining regular and professional training of all drivers, operators and mechanics.
- Inspecting and validating all new machines acquisitions before buying them.
- Organizing weekly safety meetings.
- Promoting good social climate.
Requirements:
Education: First Degree
Professional qualification – Mech Engineering-Auto option.

Experience:
Minimum of at least 2 years’ experience in basic automobile engineering and hydraulic systems
