
The 2026 Management Review Meeting was held on January 15 and 16, 2026, at Busua beach resort, bringing together GREL’s executives and senior staff to reflect on the Company’s performance, address critical challenges, and align on strategic priorities for the year ahead. The meeting served as an important platform for collaboration, evaluation, and future planning.
The program opened with a welcome address by the Human Resources Manager, Mr. Howard Nanevie, who engaged participants by outlining the meeting agenda and expected outcomes. The Managing director, Mr. Thierry Cauchy, later presented the company’s vision, financial performance, and operational realities, particularly highlighting the impact of raw material shortages on production and overall performance.
A major highlight of the meeting was the presentation by her Ladyship Justice Naa Amerley Akowuah on harassment prevention in the workplace. The session provided practical guidance on employee responsibilities, legal implications of misconduct, and the role of the ethics committee in promoting a safe, respectful, and compliant work environment.
Various departments and units shared updates on their operations and key achievements. These included presentations by the Estates department on its strategic plans and technical initiatives, and RUTAP on progress made in the digitization of operations. Updates were also provided on Health and Safety and IMS-ISO compliance. Strategies to optimize garage operations, stores management, and procurement processes were also discussed.
The meeting concluded with interactive breakout sessions where teams brainstormed solutions to key challenges such as raw material shortages and workplace conduct. Final remarks by management, group photographs, and informal networking sessions wrapped up the event, reinforcing teamwork, shared purpose, and commitment to the company’s long-term goals.
